Water jet cutting

We use a state-of-the-art water jet cutting system to manufacture items with cut-outs or flexible shapes. The non-contact cutting technology and the fact that no tools are required for production mean that complex shapes can be produced to meet high quality requirements at low cost, even in small series.

Our cutting equipment is a pure-water system made by a speciality machine manufacturer from eastern Westphalia in Germany. It uses only the cutting energy of the water and requires no additional abrasive. Water jet nozzles with diameters from 0.08 to 0.25 mm are employed at a maximum water pressure of 6,000 bar. The special design of the system minimises water spray and ensures that the manufactured items remain almost completely dry. We can therefore process foam materials as well as other softer materials at a high quality standard.

Contract water jet cutting

We also offer water jet cutting on a contract basis. All foams and other cellular materials can be cut to size individually on a contract basis. You supply your materials in block or sheet form and we will cut the desired product from the raw material. We are also happy to support you in preparing the necessary machine data and drawings.
