Shape cutting

Shape cutting, or compression cutting, is available for 3D sculpting of PUR flexible foam. The foam material is pressed, or compressed, into specially fabricated moulds and then cut off above the mould.

High-quality labelling or logos can be designed in this way, as can complex geometric shapes that cannot otherwise be realised with PUR flexible foam materials. Our shape cutting machine is from a leading German manufacturer of specialised cutting machines and allows us to precisely process items up to 80 mm thick. We design and build the required moulds ourselves. This ensures optimal customer dialogue, high flexibility, and short reaction and delivery times, along with low costs and top quality.
