Misuse of our identity
Unfortunately, our contact information is currently being misused.
We would like to inform you that a small number of emails are currently in circulation that are being sent in our name or through the misuse of our corporate identity. These messages do not come from us.
Please note the following:
- The name of our Head of Marketing and Sales, Lena Lück, is used as the sender, sometimes accompanied by a photo of her; in addition, our address, phone number, and email address are listed in a slightly altered form.
- To the best of our current knowledge, there is no evidence of data theft or an attack on our internal systems.
- Emails with unusual content, attachments, offers, or payment requests are in no way associated with our company.
- Please do not respond to such messages and do not open any links or attachments they contain.
We have already implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures and reported the incident.
