PPWR Regulation

With the entry into force of the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation PPWR (Regulation (EU) 2025/40), new requirements for packaging and packaging materials have applied throughout Europe since 12 August 2026.

For our customers, we provide below the current Declarations of Conformity for our transport packaging for download. These confirm compliance with the applicable legal and product-specific requirements.

For foam materials that our customers use as part of transport packaging, as well as for converted products, we provide the necessary information on request so that they can independently prepare the Declaration of Conformity required for their packaging. Please contact our team for this purpose – we will be happy to provide you with the relevant documentation for the respective product and intended application.
