In addition to producing and delivering finished products, we are also happy to act as a contract manufacturer for you. Whether splitting, cutting, die cutting or contour cutting—we also offer our wide range of processing options on a contract basis. You provide the material and we process it according to your wishes and requirements!

With our two splitting machines, we are able to split a wide range of materials of various densities. You provide us with your raw materials in block form and we split the material into the desired thickness and either send it back to you or deliver it to your customer in neutral packaging. Alternatively, we can then process the sheets to your needs.
We can bond PE foam sheets together using our laminator. This allows us to join sheets of different colours, which can then be further processed into products such as shadow boards. PE foam materials can also be added by lamination to achieve the desired thickness. We also offer lamination on a contract basis. Send us the materials and we will laminate them for you.
With our pure water cutting system we can cut a wide variety of contours from foam and other cellular materials for you on a contract basis. After receiving the supplied raw material, we will work with you to create a drawing and machine data. We can also perform subsequent assembly or further processing.
We can also manufacture on a contract basis using our horizontal contour cutter. You supply your raw materials in block form, and we’ll take care of the three-dimensional contour cutting for you. We can also produce the designs and drawings for the desired items, and are happy to offer subsequent further processing or finishing of the items on a contract basis.
With our various die-cutting machines, we can cost-efficiently die cut your materials in a wide variety of shapes. In addition to the processing of sheets, block goods, or pre-cuts, we can also process roll material. You can either provide the required cutting die yourself or have us manufacture a new one for your item. We also offer individual further processing of the die-cut materials on a contract basis.
Our CNC milling machine allows us to mill different contours in PE foam materials. We are also happy to mill raw materials that you supply in block, sheet, or pre-cut form, and can process combinations of different PE foam materials with our CNC milling machine. We can also offer subsequent labelling with our CO2 laser on a contract basis.
With our contour milling machine, we can produce round, oval, or tapered sponges from square pre-cuts. We place the pre-cut on a suitable template and then mill along the template contour to produce the desired contour. You supply your block, sheet, or pre-cut materials and we mill them for you on a contract basis and then either return them to you or send them to your customer in neutral packaging.
Shape cutting (also known as compression cutting) allows us to produce individual contours and 3D shapes. PUR foam materials are pressed into a tool and then cut off, creating the three-dimensional shape. In the case of contract shape cutting, you supply your materials and we cut them to your requirements on a contract basis.
With three different printing processes on offer, there are a wide range of options for achieving the optimal printing result on your products. In the case of contract printing, you supply your raw materials as part-finished or finished products and we print them with the desired motif in one or more colours. The printed items can then be packaged and labelled if required.
With our CO2 laser we can engrave logos, labelling or lettering onto PE and PUR foam materials. In the case of contract laser engraving, you supply your items and we will laser engrave them to your requirements. This technique can also be combined with upstream or downstream production processes on a contract basis.
We offer labelling services, where we apply labels and inserts provided by you, or printed by us, to your items. You supply your products and any required labelling materials, and we’ll take care of the labelling for you. Upon request, we can also carry out the subsequent assembly for you on a contract basis.
We are also happy to take care of the assembly and packaging of your foam products for you as a service provider. We offer a range of packaging materials and options, or you can provide your own packaging materials and we will just assemble everything for you. We also work with various partner companies to offer you cost-effective packaging of your items.
